Pretty sure this has been discussed before and the solution ended up being visit this guide and download the "External files you'll need". I believe it has the copyright infringed maps your looking for :P.

what to put in your server and have copright maps and not have your maps have the main endless online maps in your server. that is bad idea mr what else are you going use them for.
