Let me get this straight. You think he stole the shape and shading style? How do you steal a circle? I mean, if it had literally been pixel for pixel, I would have understood. Plus, there are noticeable differences in the shading.

Its a tiny circle.. How different can you really make it?

As long as its shaded different really in this situation, its obviously his own work, hell, even the outline is different, even adding a pixel to it wouldn't work, he made the circle himself even.
