Some might be on attackers side, because they are frusturated that no matter how hard they tried they could not make their own successful server because they don't have the brain power or capacity to do so, or in dokki's case, he thinks he will get respect.<Laugh my ass off.
Edit: Mainly idiots that do it for fun.

Before you decide to relate this to me, I've never made nor attempted to create a server. I found it a lost cause before I began to think to start.
More or less it's something to do if you have a lot of popularity in these areas, therefore making your server semi-popular if worked on.
