ok guys, this may help, here is all the ips mahmoud is DDoSing with, blacklist these, you will know if he's been attacking you because your internet will cut out, o and he may come and try to blackmail you as he did me, dont give him anything.

mahmoud i suggest this guys get to know the guy he isn't that bad of a guy,he and i had alot of issues mainly cuz he crashed server of mine,only way around this is if u wanna pay 199 usd for DD'oss protection or 30 usd a month for dedicated hosting (thru a site) if you ban him odds are it will get worse as in my case.I have reported him to FBI and to his ISP he is aware of that but meet in the middle ground if you don't  and cannot pay for your hosting or protection thru other sites then your as good as gone till he retires.I am not saying give him items or adminship but talk to him.Ask him why he is doing this and what does he want from you...

Wow, whats the cops gunna do..? the cops dont care about EO, XD although the ISP will most-likely take it seriously.

DDoS is illegal, and if you give the FBI a chance to shut down a rather large botnet, they're going to do it and make the owner pay the consequences.
