How does this exactly work? Do i like make first purchase a domain such as Hitatreh-Online.com and make a sub domain? Game. then what? Could someone please explain?

I called my webhost and asked them to make my subdomain redirect to an IP.

I believe you add an A-Record to your domains dns settings. like..

Name: EO
Type: A
Value: YourIP
