You as much as twitch with my kinect and it moves. Almost right on real time. But yes it has a little delay but less than a second. Suppose it really depends on how well your xbox reacts.

It REALLY depends on who sets it up, its all about the syncing and shit, my brothers friend originally set his up while drunk, and thought it was garbage til he redid it all xD.

And, wasn't there a lawsuit against the PS3 and PC versions of BlackOps for memoryleaks making the game run like complete shit?

No idea, but i can confirm the memory leaks thing, had no idea about it until i saw that. Each time i start zombies it might suddenly freeze and i have to restart ps3

EDIT: i hit round 27 and 74k pts on zombies yet it still says my max is 28k
