okay so im gonna show you all how to get an no-ip

1. goto https://www.no-ip.com/ an make you account

2. click "add a host"  (if your already signed in from before and you clicked the link then top right hand side there will be a button "your no-ip" with a lock logo to the left click on it and ) 

3. fill out your info and bottom right hand side click "create host"

4. Go to the link Below <- Laziness  

5. download this https://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php

6. install and open after that login to you no-ip account

7. (eoserv) (seose below) open config.ini scroll down to "##Files##" and find 

## SLNHost

# Hostname that resolves to your server

# Leave it blank to use your IP address

SLNHost = (put in your no-ip)

and save do the same with config.local.ini

7.(seose) (eoserv above) open seose.xini scroll down to [game] find 

Name = "SERVER NAME"                 /* The name of your server */

    URL  = "http://SERVER.com"      /* The website for your server */

    Host = "(put your no-ip)"            /* The domain name of your server (leave blank if none) */

    Port = 0                                     /* The external port of your server (0=auto)*/

 save and your done

Note: You may want to go ahead and get the updater anyways, since you're most likely using a free no-ip account, which will expire with no activity.
