There's no stickies because forums are for transient discussions, not posting guides or other permanent content. If you create something worth adding to the documentation section of the website it can be added there.
Edit: I have just decided that I will be adding a wiki.
Public or private? I mean can anyone edit it or just few selected guys/girls?

If you have any previous Wiki-experience, I would assume the exact same way as any other public/semi-public Wiki.
