The Apollo Error
Here you go Apollo, on topic, just for you.
I've been trying to think of a fix for Apollo's idiotic behavior. Apparently he thinks sticking up for someone who is right and trying to be helpful is being a douche. Clearly he needs to rethink his logic. Waiita quote me Apollo but your the one thats being a douche. I may have been off topic,
but at least i was sticking up for someone who was right, trying to be helpful, and a valued member of the eoserv community. You clearly aren't who I thought you were if your calling me a douche for trying to end an argument, and pointing out Klutz was being a douche. If I was so off topic that
means everyone else there was off topic. What ever floats your boat though Apollo. If anyone can think of why Apollo is Being such an ass to someone trying to help a person thats clearly right feel free to post.

Re: The Apollo Error
1. Apollo is awesome.
2. Why post this on client editing?
3. You're gonna get -1 or -2'd/
4. I probably will too.
5. Apollo is how he is and if you cannot learn to tolerate how he speaks then you're free to fuck off.
6. Yes you have the right to talk, just not talk immature garbage about a respected and good moderator.
7. Lounge exists.
8. This topic will probably get sent to the spam can (Where faggots belong)
9. What kind of title is that??
10. Read the rules.
11. Not a good idea to bash moderators.
Need another 11 reasons why not to post something like this?

Re: The Apollo Error
If Apollo doesn't understand I was trying to stand up for someone who I think is a valued member of the endless community, who was being bitched at by some one I think is being an idiot at the time, and starting senseless arguments, than he is clearly alot less smart than I once thought.
And i'm not bashing or disrespecting, I'm simply wondering how he could possibly call me a douche for standing up for someone that in this case is obviously right.
Maybe you two should both read every post on the topic, from start to finish before posting your own opinions.

Re: The Apollo Error
This is EOSERV. No one said it's a democracy. (Not saying I agree with Apollo, but that's how it is.)

Re: The Apollo Error
EOServ's moderators = dictators.
i.e. Hitler (without the jew killing part).
Fidel Castro (Cuba)
Benito Mussoilini (Italy)
and any other dictators.
Either learn to live by their rules or get a bullet up your ass/ in your head (banned or -1'd)
Here goes a few more reasons.
1. No reason to fight back.
2. No one on the internet is right or wrong, it's the internet.
3. Again, it's Apollo. That's how he speaks. If he says you're a douche deal with it.
4. It's just a forum. Big deal. You got called a douche on the internet. Personally I'd be happy.
5. Yes you were going off topic.
6. No need to defend him. He could have easily defended himself.
7. You're defending a person who you don't even know.
8. Be helpful.
9. Stay on topic.
10. Post this under lounge. This in no way belongs in client editing.
11. Now you're probably gonna get called an idiot for replying.

Is it cool acting blind/ignorant? Did you not SEE that I just posted that we all do not care/it is unneccessary/ you should not care what people think of you?
And I shall stop posting. This topic is not going anywhere anymore. Gonna stop provoking fights now.
P.s. told you you'd get -2'd.

Apollo has -1ed you because your post was off topic and wasn't adding anything to the discussion.
Also please note, that:
- Administrator/moderator is always right.
- If administrator/moderator isn't right go to rule 1.

Could not agree more :]
Shayne, EOServ moderators = dictators. Either follow the rules or get punished. They are always right. If you're wearing white underwear and a moderator says it's pink, then it's pink no matter what. Moderators = ALWAYS RIGHT. If not rule 1

We have an IRC channel at irc://irc.tehsausage.com:6667/eohax that you can lodge complaints in public (until somebody feels like kicking you) or to a staffer privately.

To add on to Plasmastar's post. The rule for IRC chat goes for this forum: "This is not a democracy, what the staff say goes."

Re: The Apollo Error
Ok I understand, I just thought first of all that opinions counted and right or wrong was the right logic. I understand it was the wrong place to post , and I was off topic. I was trying to defend / stop someone from making senseless arguments about something, that someone is posting to
possiblyhelp others and I think has a great value here.
Obviously I know he can defend himself snoopiedog, I'm just showing him that people value his effort with eo. Especially eomap editor ;]
Thankyou for your replies

Re: The Apollo Error
Here's something to think on. If staff are active in a community, just don't comment on spam, it can be just as bad. Private messages (IRC) or IMs are welcome though.

Re: The Apollo Error
Going off-topic and telling Klutz to stop being a douche had nothing to do with r192 and 193 mistakes. Something to keep in mind, EOSERV is highly incomplete (probably a given with comments like "todo: something better than this". I posted your correct Item.cpp fix since no one else bothered
with addressing the problem. The map call wouldn't matter either way. Had you even read the topic you would have understood the topic was not Deathx vs. Klutz. If you don't like comments moderators leave then think before you post. The community has better things to do than check a r192/193 topic
to "not" read anything relevant to a fix, but rather some kid doing some name calling because he has an opinion that no one gives a shit about. That is the basis of your -1 comment. I hope this is clear enough for you to understand.
