Hmm. SLN bug? Could be possible, but it seemed pretty secure when I dicked with it.

I'm assuming there's a reasonable explanation. Think about it, a certain *2 people" haven't started flaming everyone/thing/each other yet. So lets hope all is okay.

there is a deff problem or attacks, i think it has to do with the sln, yesterday and today my server crashed over and over for over for over a  hour yesterday and for a about an hour today, every time the server would restart it would get to the checkin with the sln and crash instantly again never fulling loading the server. it seemed more like some type of attack yesterday, but like i said it happened a lil bit ago to me too,crashed over and over never fully loading the server, it always mad it to the sln check in and crashed!

I think it has something to do with Sausage doing a reboot. Because I was on at the time this happened  and Sausage was also on at the time this happened. Once they had all said "Online" again I noticed that he signed out. =P Probably Sausage, x]

Only way to know for sure until the big man checks in, is just ask Elevations or Apollo, their servers seem to stay up...

It is simple, Fallen Testicle's server op is crashing everyone that has any packet handler that is not secured by a client state check. He started crashing me a couple of weeks ago with a bard packet. I didn't figure he was even smart enough to spam someone (which he isn't, someone gave him the info). Bart had told me about that exploit when I was actually fixing sit/bard play. I just didn't bother with fixing anything. Anyway, to make a long story short I had to secure the Vodka source to prevent faggotry from Elevations. The truth is, he is scared shitless of losing position on the SLN that he will fake players logged on, spam other servers, or even pay $40 for advertisements that really do little of nothing for his server credibility. He even goes so far as to not use an encrypted password format and tries to steal his players information (true story, ask Bart and Jimmyee). Elevations tries to bully this community by spamming every server off the SLN.

So in short, you see everyone offline on SLN and you wonder why his server and mine are the only 2 up there? The answer is FE is attempting to crash everyone, but for some reason or another all of those packets spams at the character select screen just don't work on my server.

I am gonna finish up some things and release an updated Vodka build that will stop this bullshit at least for a few servers. Sausage should have blacklisted FE when he started faking his player count on SLN.

ok, im not the sharpest pencel in the box, but your sayng that when i start crashing when it gets to the sln check in its because im getting multi packets sent to my server? from another server or person?, if this is the case, fair warning to the server that is doing that. and i will leave it at that!

im a tiny lil server and its hard to keep the players i get,ya my server up time is 95.4 , why beat up on the lil guy. :O

It is either that, or the rare case there is a problem with eoserv.net. If the site is lagging badly, maybe, but generally it is fat boy trolling the little guys.

ok well i will wait and see if there are any problems found with the sln.

15 office computers+auto clicker+scar scripts and each with high speed = major lag 24/7 for one fat boy!

i might even dig a few out of the closet!

but i would rather play nice!

Last couple days i have tried to connect to EOserv.net/the forum/ the sln and  even tried eohax but none of the pages would load, so maybe it does have to do with sausage ;p

Just a thought, but I think Sausage rebooted his servers yesterday (hence SLN too).

I belive he did, because i wasn't able to access the website for around 5 minutes or so.

Also none of his sites were up.

and i'm having the feeling FE is shutting down people because i was checking FE and in the FE bank all admins were on( unusual) and were discussing about somthing D:

Yesterday all his websites were offline for me for several hours, at various times during the day. I'm not sure what it was, but they seem to be stable now, I've had no problems accessing them all day today.
