Lol this was some terribly useless hack prevention that vult-r had in endless.
I got it a bunch of times for random reasons. Not always because i was doing something wrong lol.

Yea this used to happen to me at biters whenever I press ctrl-F4 to heal. At the beginning I freaked but then it was just a nuissance so I switched my heal to F3.

I know it used to pop up when doing the weight hack with tsearch sometimes back in the day.
