I would disagree. You can see whats going on around you, gun shots can be seen and or be seen through the people's reactions; same goes with the dog. The people talking behind you would be a tough one but then again, if you
were blind overnight, how would u drive? How would you cross the street? How would you get help if you didn't know who you were talking to? Atleast when your deaf, you can still somewhat remember how to talk (it's what Im guessing) and you can write down your thoughts if you dont know how to speak
the sign language. :P
