I really couldn't care about the server drama, but he goes around stealing shit, and threatening people. It's kind of hilarious, and it's kind of sad.

Seriously, if you are being spammed by Elevations and can't block it what does that say about you? No one here really cares what happens between servers. Turn on a firewall and quit whining. This kind of topic will only start a server war thread that is useless and will end up in the spam can.

First of all, while I understand your frustration Bone, it's a fact that's already well known among the users here. It's preaching to the choir, essentially. That said many will agree that Fallen Evolution and Elevations have been the center of controversy for alleged dirty practises such as what you describe.

It's a shame that the efforts involved in developing EOSERV are undermined by the ones that act as our public representatives. These are the ones actually running the servers who, for whatever reason, feel the need to resort to the lowest form of competition. Fortunately the best way to resolve this situation is to just genuinely be the better server and compete. At the time of writing this, Bones' Underground is the most active server on the SLN, so get your name out there, plug your server and enjoy the competition.

I think appolo's dad should have learned to use a condem properly, and saved us all his assanine remarks, i have a right to inform the eoserv public of losers like ele. If u don't like it then remove the lounge, otherwise stfu, and quit your whining lil admin boy.

Well, EOSERV.net doesn't govern the practises of servers. We just write, improve and expand on to the software that makes servers like yours work. It's not that the community doesn't care what you have to say, it's that us here on the development forums have no say about what the end user servers do, so we don't pay attention to disputes between them. It's something that server administrators should take up between each other and with their players.

Lol I am not choosing a side between elevations and bone they are both dicks and also I was standing up for Apollo because hes less stupid that both of them and he was stating the truth.

I suppose I should have sent this to the spam can as soon as I saw the topic name.

I think I can speak for the entire staff of eoserv.net in saying the following:

1. We don't care about your servers.

2. We don't care what server has the most players.

3. We could care less who spams your server.

4. We could care less if someone screwed your server over.

Everyone is responsible for their own server. There is no need for a thread like this. Every person that has a server should learn how to block packet spam via firewall. If you can't do that then you sure as hell don't need to be running a server. Also, there are rules in place against making attacks against other members via the forum. Although Elevations has been banned, he still should not be slandered regardless of the validity of this topic.

As for the comments directed toward moderators, you guys should do a little history. Picking fights with the staff here will not end well for you. I am locking this thread, it should have never been kept open this long anyway.
