How do you become an Moderator on eoserv.net?

This is Lounge, so it's mean't to be off-topic. Isn't it?

At the moment all our moderators are individuals who have contributed to the site in some way, shape or form over its 4 year history, that have shown they have the basic skills needed to manage, including consistent performance in the areas of good judgement and a relative good relationship with the userbase but are also not afraid to rise to the call of authority when needed.

So, not everyone can walk in off the street and do this job. The same would apply for every other online community in existence today.

He is active on #eohax irc channel and on eohax forums (I guess) and he isn't airhead.

Well, to begin, EOSERV.net has only been here for about 2 years. Prior to that I was an administrator of EOHax from 2006 right up until the end. I was an administrator here for a short while as well. In early 2010 I had my duties dropped to that of a standard moderator and then left altogether for a while. From 2006 to the present day i've been a constant active member of the #eohax IRC channel.

With the resignation of Scott and Sordie, i've come back on to offer some assistance where I can, but it does take some re-learning. This place has changed a bit in half a year.

Lol, What about you Enron? I know Apollo has been joined here on these forums for a long time, and has learn't how to explain stuff properly, as you call it "Post Big ass paragraphs". He has been here and has been supporting and helping other people who have big or small problems.

My standards are extremely low. If you're remotely mature I'd beg you to stay. Now what does it say about the population of this place if I can only manage to find five worthy people...? (not counting Plasmastar, why is he even one?)
