This Community has been falling apart slowly after Scott left. Syran then tells me Sirkaper (Klutz) had Quit. Suave is Screwing with the servers to prove his "Skills" for whatever misguided reason, People are flaming at eachother over Legal opinions regardless of the fact that client distribution is a criminal act of its own.

Where have all the good players gone? The only ones left are the players that can't state an opinion without ignorant trolls annoying them, The Ignorant Trolls (DeathZO, Lesser840, Elevations, etc.), and wannabe "H@x0rs" (Lookin at Suave >.>)

Sausage, Bart, Sordie, Scott. WTF happened. Did they give up because no one was willing to try as a team? Klutz was right about it all. Nothing can be "Saved" here.

So tell me, WTF sparked everyone to kinda just fall apart and forget how to act as a human being. Everyone became a damn troll.

At this point it is far too late to even think about reviving the EOSERV project. I say we all work on our own projects and head our separate ways, and let the past finally die peacefully. EO was a great game, and EOSERV was a huge undertaking, but both of them were abandoned for other, more profitable, projects. It is time we let them go.

@Exy: Why go our separate ways though? If we can find a common project then lets work together rather than steal graphics and wage war on sad SLNs.

Do you know Java?

I am working on a project by myself, at the moment.

In Java.

I'm not Completely Skilled in it no, I'm simply aware of its syntax. Although I have a friend who is quite capable with it.

My Primary target however is Syran (Exystredofar) I would enjoy working with him anytime Simply for the fact that he was the first to teach me anything about P Servers and general C++.

I owe a lot of what got me started to him.

Java is basically like C++ but with some syntax's switched up.

Java is very easy to learn. C++...not so much.

I am currently learning PHP. You would think that I would learn that first..>_<.

I Don't much enjoy watching 2 Re Re's Flame on These Topics, go somewhere else please.

Java is a VERY useful language, but not Ideal for most people because it's uses vary for each programmer. Honestly I would rather use C++ for my endeavors but for each person it is different. Addy, What makes you think Java isn't a capable Language?

Anyway, For the most part I would enjoy seeing a flame war between Suave and everyone else in its OWN THREAD. that would be plentiful entertainment.

Honestly, you people are annoying me now that I come to EOSERV twice a day and all the new topic are about fucking hacking.

Java is a flexible language, and isn't a beginner language, Its generally used for Flash Games online such as Habbo Hotel.

Where as C++ is used for applications, (Better version of VB).

Also, stop raging at each other, or I'll get a moderator who will actually do something about it.

I didn't give up. I just don't have much time for EO last times, and I'm spending most of my free time on developing a client.

To the OP, it wasn't Scott leaving that sent this community into its downhill spiral. It was already on the way down by that stage and Scott was just the first one to go. The reason from what I gather is that the senior members just no longer care. Endless Online has been around for 7years,inactive for 2, and there's only so much hope one can hold out before they need to move on.

Java != Flash, and C++ has nothing to do with VB. And I'd like to see you get a mod to do something you dumbass
