@apollo,  actions taken based on violating their own ISP terms is good enough to get them either without internet, get them to pay a big fine.. or in severe cases( will never happen here) behind the bars

that being said, posts like this confirming their violation can be used as evidence.

 This is what i was reffering to, it is illegal to maliciously attack anyone persons property, wich is what the isp is interested in as well as any potential investigators, being a minor does not automatically give you the get outta jail free card kid. Your parents who are responsible for you, and probably pay for your isp would be the ones who would be targeted, also our unique tracking device allows us to see where you live right down to your street and house, wich gives us alot more options when it comes to punishment. Btw i am stii awaiting your impending attack, lmao,  you probably have a screenie where you changed your gold to 100b with artmoney, personally if i was one of these actual decent hackers i would take offence to your claim as being the ultimate hacker. Unique tracking down the the house? I doubt that. If you're basing that off IP it's impossible

Wait, better idea still... code your own server/client combo and stop infringing an intellectual property like you own it. You are using a freeware software and illegally distributing the official Endless Online client. Be glad your not already sued yourself.

 Is this guy^^ for real? What part of wrong to maliciously attack property dont you get? You seem to be stuck in this one dimensional way of thinking, If anything you give encouragement to illegal activity, Wich makes you no better of a person than he is. I am done responding to idiocy.

Finding and exploiting bugs isn't exactly illegal, though it may be deeply frowned upon in certain situations. I don't really see anyone being sued over any of this, unless of course you're some how losing money.

I remember when you were getting DDoSed by Bankhead and I had suggested a few times just to call your ISP and get it fixed. But your way of making him quit, was DDoSing him back 10x worse. I did not hear one word of you saying 'that's wrong, I will not encourage illegal activity'. Another thing is that the whole existence of your server is illegal.

You don't seem to be seeing what Apollo is seeing because everytime someone 'hacks' your server, you can't just whine to people to fix it. You need to find out what they're doing and fix the code yourself.

What is it again that is your "property"? Character data that you have COMPLETE control over? You open a port, let anyone connect to your PC or VPS, don't use a ToS agreement, distribute illegally the software that connects to your server, and use an open source program you downloaded here at no expense to you that you haven't even bothered to debug and use it as if it doesn't have bugs that could lead to exploits.

Does your way of thinking mean I can start filing law suits against all the spam shit I get in my MSN inbox? I hope so because then I can quit my job and retire like the woman that sued McDonald's after spilling hot coffee on her twat. This is brilliant. Make sure you present your lawyer with all of those facts before someone goes on your server and says "I hax0red gold".

Look back through the posts you idiot, you wont once see me saying i would sue anyone, somehow you conjured up this notion yourself, i had simply stated not once but twice that attacking my property as in my computer maliciously is illegal, and ignorant, as far as me using eo emulators it is not illegal at all, every game thats ever been good has been emulated, as long as its slightly altered, do u think the dude that invented the first t.v. owns the right to every one of them. I thought you coders who think your so smart knew shit, apparently you are good at one thing. One thing.

So kyle shouldn't have a warning?

I'm pretty sure all p servers have the same sort of thing so i dont get the point at all.

All this hacking of servers is just stupid and a waste of time considering all the work others put into it to change and make it better then the original.

Games are meant to be fun yet some of the staff of eoserve are the ones that are abusing and corupting the thing they work for.

Seems we cant even trust the makers that are suposed to be respected(or at least a few of you)

An emulation is one thing, such as the ever popular console emulators, but an intellectual property, such as the roms which contain the program along with graphics and audio is another. In terms you understand:

EOSERV = Legal for me to use.

Endless Online game client (including any parts extracted from it) = Not legal for me to distribute.

Well there is one exception, the wedding music used in the Endless Online client is in public domain. I am pretty sure you can extract that and use it at your discretion.

btw... didn't you say this:

The staff of EOSERV, I am pretty sure I can speak for most of them, do not exploit bugs for private servers. I don't get how we're abusing and corrupting it? This topic started out about Suave wanting to hack you guys, not us.

Suave isn't attacking your computer maliciously, he is exploiting a bug he found in the code. That's just simply frowned upon. You can use EOSERV all you want, but you can't redistribute the client at all, which means an edited client. In my opinion, I don't think emulated games are as good as custom created ones. Unlike emulators, other games have access to the clients so they don't have to hack in talk commands and such.
