Legal actions would be funny considering all private servers require the illegal use of the Endless Online game client. Even funnier, the same people that ran around EO main using speed cheats are here complaining about people finding exploits in their own server. It's basically like someone stealing from a known thief.

@apollo,  actions taken based on violating their own ISP terms is good enough to get them either without internet, get them to pay a big fine.. or in severe cases( will never happen here) behind the bars

that being said, posts like this confirming their violation can be used as evidence.

Or negligence by the server operator to prevent further connections to his/her network. Doesn't everyone have these tools at their disposal? How many countries can you send lawyers to lose cases? Try fixing your code to prevent exploits. It is easy to point the finger when someone announces they are going to "hack" your server, but what happens when you get a player that doesn't tell you. What if they have already invaded your server? Sorry about your luck, but if you are allowing these things what can you say? If roads didn't have "speed limit" signs how would a highway patrol be able to justly say you were speeding?

Also, I am not aware anyone has a ToS disclaimer in using any client to connect to their server/network (not like the one Vult-r had worked either).

I am hacking IN-GAME Currencies and I will be sue'd for it?

I don't think Vult-R, will be excited to see BU get paid off of something his team worked hard on.

BU will undoubtedly sued as well.

I find this funny as piss. Just be carful who you hack, as hacking tends to piss the wrong people off (Not saying BU or FE could do anything). I think a 13 year old kid could do more then Fe.

No, you are ignorant. I know more programming languages than you, (real ones too) and I pull straight A's, and on top of that I'm not an immature hacker. This thread isn't getting closed, you shouldn't have made it if you didn't want people to reply.
