would the fact that you had made a server in anyway help you to get a better job???

not at all making a server is for fun well if your working on gaming designing or somthing then yes but it cant be a pirivate  server has to be 100% orinigal and made by u!

So, yes. It "can" help you get a job.

I think the point is if you have real programming experience (not using someone else's program and adding some fail coding from forums) then it would certainly be to your benefit. Most good jobs require credentials from some sort of institution of higher learning or a specified training program. I really hate to say this, but Microsoft certification training probably should be your gateway if you are looking to land a job. It may be a bit more difficult to land a job in programming games unless you work independantly and feed off of the success of "Zuma" and "Hidden Object" type flash games. In any case, there is nothing related to running anything on eoserv.net that will help you do anything career-wise.

I only make my server for fun and to give fun for others and i work at my own pace my free time so nothings wasted really jus another form of entertainment :)
