|  What did happen to Eoserv
What did happen to eoserv? it's dead and most post are useless since all the people go offtopic but the mods don't look at that anymore the only thing they look at is their name. for example Elevations. since i know him better than the most people on eoserv.net. I know he has great ideas. and
most of the time just want to help! but even if he tries to help people over here. they just are fucking with him. I mean if you want that this is not going to end up like EO main forums we have to try to be nice to everyone and not fucking with people. I mean what did he do to you? nothing i
guess.. most of the people over here don't even know him.. anyway in my opinion eoserv is kinda horrible the last weeks. what do you think about this? --- opensource isometric game engine ~ www.avac-engine.blogspot.com

In the beginning of eoserv everybody basically had to know the source/people they were dealing with. Through the times on the forums you read things about people which sometimes aren't even true though you believe them. When it comes to helping people, the person being helped only wen't to
thisforum for his own sake. Why would he care about the other persons spending time on this forum helping. If I would release another piece of code or a new system then I did that because I enjoy helping people though sometimes people don't understand how much time and energy you put into
somethinglike that. Making a server isn't just a double click way of doing it. Not even SEOSE, you got to spend time on knowing it, creating it, and giving it a name, giving it a look. Why comparing server? Everybody has his own style, his own creation. It seems that people are willing to go to the
end tobreak someone or a server down. Just to raise there own ass. If I got call EOSERV in 1 single word I'd call it Egoism, all people care about is themself. there are a few people that actually come here because they enjoy to share there knowledge of coding, or because they enjoy helping people
ordiscussing their creations. Not only to advertise but just because they are proud of what they achieved. --- "Pineapples and shit."

I know but that was fun to do just working on a server that wasn't easy. something that was a challenge and if you made something you was happy with it your first piece of code. but the last weeks/months the only topics i see are HELP ME ERROR!!! (IMMIDIATLYE). CODE HOW SEOSE IN???? the answers
are already here on the forums and people are getting annoyed with this topics ( that's also a reason people are leaving) but the problem is those topics are not getting closed. but other topics that are just fine to read and actually pretty intrested are getting deleted. --- opensource isometric game engine ~ www.avac-engine.blogspot.com

Correct, but the fact is that if you do help them. They ask for more. I waited plenty of times for just only a thank you. and if you weren't in the mood to help anyone they would spam you on msn. Though you have the ability to block people they will find you through other messenger or contact
applications. I had this alot of times. People calling you names and stuff, and what for? Just because you weren't in the mood to help them. --- "Pineapples and shit."

wow.. I exact got the same problems.. and actually i still got that problem. and if you say please take a look to google, or Forum search. the answer you get is FUCK YOU!! DUDE YOU DIDN'T HELP YOU GO FUCK YOUR MOM... even if you helped this person plenty of times and now you're just 1 time not

(CORRUPT STAFF MUCH) I think at this point everyone understands that his success has been dependant on the people he has manipulated into working for him. He is very adamant about his product and promotes his server better than anyone, but FE is still Endless Online with a different skin and hacks. 9000?! How can a server claim that many features with so much of the source code unfinished? 9000 ways to press the control key :P Essentially, Elevations is our local bad guy. He is a well-known to be an egomanical douche. Regardless of what you think of him, publicity is publicity no matter if it is good or bad. He is our Hitler, and the more we condemn or condone his work, we will

Elevations has far overstepped his bounds. If anyone else posted something saying that, they would be instantly banned. To me, every person is equall and is considered equall. To me Obama's life isn't worth more then the kids getting no food and dieing from deseases in Africa. I believe its time to let Elevation alone. He didnt do something bad. And why advert is not allowed when scot himself advertise his hosting site services? Maybe admins got that right? Make a section and put all advertisements there... why not? Oh hmmm that wont give you elevetion's 40 dollars. That forum is a closed sociaty, why is bad a little advertisement? Posting your site here is advertisement and its not advertisement the fact that sln list got all server names, ips AND web sites? I am new on that forum but i see many things, i dont like them so much. But personally, i dont care if anyone advertise his server or got diferend opinion than me. Thats why it called forum, because there are people with diferend opinions, and we have to respect them all, no matter what is his opinion, and treatment the same way. Btw... each time they delete an elevetions post, or link, its kinda advertising your server for you, as soon your name is written more and more on that forum :P |
