does anyone know how to get rid of borland c++ 1999? i got rid of acprotect but now theres another one

well i got rid of acprotect but the icon folder is still compressed. when i use peid i get a message saying borland C++ 1999 (overlay) idk if that means to unpack it again with another program or too decompress it? and i get a a file called endlessonline.exe unpacker.dump. what do i do with that?
im so confused were to go next. i just want to change my icon and the server name so it wont say endless online thats all lol. but if you know what to do please help me. id appreciate it a lot
