Your opion on it is it something you like or does it make them look like a girl I personally think my long hair is awesome but im going to give a simple example of jackwhite. But then again im just wanting to see where everyone stands on this.  Link fixed thanks klutz.

having long hair as a guy really depends on a persons demeanor and there facial structure. some people carry it off quite well will others should keep it short.being a person who once had very long hair.that was of course years ago when i was in a rock band lol.

I can't rock "long hair". I usually keep my hair mediumish in length. I got a botched haircut about a month ago so it's rather short right now. Never ever use a different stylist.

I tried growing my hair, I kind of liked it personally it gave me satisfaction knowing I did it once but never again! Too much to keep in good condition I just prefer scrub n go :D

Interesting opions I know I can pull it off but people annoy me about it being to long alot. (Hadn't had a hair cut in over a year) My hair is currently at the top of my shoulder blade.

Ive tried it but my hair kept getting in my face in class (college) LOL! the teacher thought i was joking around when i was pushing it out of my face and i got in trouble so now i keep it short.

I think that it pretty much depends. Long hair in the front fits more guys, to me. But long hair in the back is kinda girly, in my opinion. I have long hair myself, but it's not straight. Seeing as how I think it is girly to straighten your hair as well. I've straightened it twice, and that's only because my girlfriend realllly wanted me to, so I let her do it. (It was the same girl both times.) I'd never do it on a normal day basis. Other people have many different opinions though.

Well, this is my opinion but... Get a haircut! Personally, i think long hair on a guy is really strange, me and my dad often mistake guys from behind as being girls because of their long hair. I prefer hair about 1 inch long. Thats just me. Do whatever you want mate.

I used to not cut my hair and it would get long, but only out of procrastination.

I like short hair though, its hot.

Nothing wrong with straightening your hair. Men put more product in their hair than ever before now. The gender specific stuff is just old. Women do "man like" things and no one says a word but when it's reverse it starts mattering.

I wear my hair almost shaved due to my job. If it were up to me, I wouldn't have cut my hair at all in the past 2 years, and I would never cut it again.

I got long hair too. Everybody told me not to leave it long. But when i leave them get longer, all my friends like them more. Sometimes i feal strange when i enter a bar or something and none got long hair but then, i went to a rock concert some times and EVERYBODY got long hair... hahahaha... i mean... you must do what you like. dont listen none. cause you never be young again. Enjoy life, leave your hair long, put an earing... what ever you like and dont give a sh...t about others. Long hair need to care more. you must put all these conditioner stuff to make them be soft, especially when you dont have straight but with curls.

I didn't say it did matter. I just think it's a little gay/girly in my opinion. And I think it's kinda retarded when girls try to act like guys with their "tomboy" stuff. But I know everyone has their different styles, and that's fine. My opinion shouldn't and doesn't matter at all. Especially when it's just my opinion.
