if you forgot ur router password, for ip [196.168.1.1] is their a way to recover, or get back, without resiting?

On your network settings and connections your router should be listed with the address it uses.

i edited the post, umm my brother changed pass, i wasnt key loged and he wont tell me, he unchecked my portfoward so my server isnt working im trying to get pass by recovery or something without it being reset, so i can check it.

Just do a hard reset on the router. Use a pen and hold down the button on the back. It might be covered up by a small sticker.
Edit: Start using a spell checker. Most decent browsers have one built-in.
