This was happening to me when I first started mapping. I can't stress this make shore you save be for you switch editors. The second editor loads the in unedited version of the map. i had to learn the hard way.

Ive tried that it still does it. But i think it could be because my map is so big. Ive never had this problem untill i tried it on this map im just not for sure

the only maps i found it to mess up are maps over 200 tiles length or width but usually it just overlaps a few tiles and can usually be fixed with sausages map editor

Edit:if u can find the overlapped just erase them till theres nothing there and replace with the ones that where there b4

cause usually you'll have 4 or 5 floor tiles ontop of eachother and 4-5 spec tiles on 1 space if the map messes up

Im useing renas map editor and thats how big the map is 200 by 200. What is does is i'll add my new monsters and update save all that. Then when i mutate It will erase all my scenery ( trees, walls, everything but the grass) but it will add the monsters Just everything I put and made is gone. But ive added monsters before but that was when i had less added to the map so im not sure really it could be. The only thing I think could be it is that its just to big.
