Bug #463: Items dropped by players on to full tiles will disappear

If there's more than "MaxTile" items on a tile and a player tries to drop an item on to the pile, its deleted from their inventory and shows them a ghost image of the item on the floor until they hit F12.
Map::AddItem looks like it should return nullptr instead of newitem in the case of a full map/tile.
