When right button a special tile, like WALL or EDGE, it should fill the map, like "Ground" does.

Ground tile doesn't actually "fill" the map, it just declares the default tile that is used. There really isn't a need to flood the map with anything, but some more "MS Paint" like tools would be nice as declared previously.
Seems extremely destructive and of questionable utility to cover the entire map in an object, and would create a huge map file. The default ground tile is a single number in the map file and controls what's shown when there's no other tile placed in a location.
