Allow the use of a comma operator to execute the same admin command multiple times with multiple sets of arguments.

Examples:

  • $ban sausage, apollo 5m, plasmastar forever

  • $m bitchyone, angrynoob

    • Double-comma (,,) should be accepted as an escape code for a single comma character
