Add AccountNameRegex and CharacterNameRegex config options to support custom clients which allow exotic name choices.

Default values:

  • CharacterNameRegex: ^[a-z]{4,12}$

  • AccountNameRegex: ^[a-z0-9 ]{4,16}$
