When attacked, the aggressive NPC should try to attack any player recognized as closest and always target any member that is closest when attacked by a team.

Sorry but bug #62 is very vague or should have been itemized. This specific chase mechanic applies to attacking the closest member regardless if the closest member made the initial attack. Bug 62 only stated improving chase routines which might be assumed as improving the method in which the initial attacker is chased.
