Range = his speed, put it up, try 100 or anyone else, cause I dont remember and I use eoserv now; Param = his time spawn (doesn't works 100% on seose), count = amount of npcs; Try it.

Sorry for posting again but when i do this:
Param range count
200 100 1
Mines monsters just standing in thems place and when i hit them they starting to folow me and atack..

No, the Range is his speed but you got it backwards. 0 is the fastest for speed. 7 makes the npc stand still. So if you want them fast make their Range 0-2, I think 3-4 is like medium speed and like 5-6 is very slow and 7 is motionless. ---
