No there isn't,You could do it manually though by going to the user's directory and then going to the characters sub folder.After this, its just a matter of finding the character you want to edit and filling the informations needed.

The player has to be off for the edits to save. But as for your question, you cant get commands on seose since its closed source. If you want commands, either go to eoserv or Kalandra. ---
