sorta... Klutz released it a while back. all it can do though is the online player list as the rest of the webcp stuff requires connecting to the mysql databases

If your good with PHP then you can try make one to read Seose data files. It wont be very save as the files will also be readble by the world for being on your webhost.
It's still very possible to do tho it's just a matter of making sure the files are hidden in nested directorys and change the directory name once in a while.
