I had the same problem, and i later figured out that it was caused by not portforwarding right and not having my ip as 127.0.0.1

sometimes the maps or pub files are missing or corrupted.

"SLN: 401 No server could not connect to server: connection timed out." only occurs when u haven't portforward or did it incorrectly.

This didn't really help any =/.

Check if you correctly placed you pubs and maps or replace it if corrupted. It would usually the popular reason.

It's funny how you repeated the same thing twice.

@poplord13, Reason why this is happening, You have wrong pubs, You are using data files, rather then pubs.

If this doesn't work. See if you are getting a different error...

Did you add the pub files from your eo folder to your data folder?
