Have you portforwarded? visit portforward.com and find your router and click default guide, that explains how to portforward, you also need a no-ip from no-ip.com

Ya i have in my port forwading it says

Start: 8078
End: 8079
Protocol: Both
IP Address: 192.168.1.3
Enable: [Check]

oh right, do you have either MySQL or HeidiSQL? if u do then remove them as your port is prbably locked. if u dont have them then i am afraid i cant help no more.

That means both of your guys are spamming this topic. First of all i would make my IP "locked" by entering in your netwerk settings your IP that would be displayed at Command Prompt -> ipconfig /all

Enter those settings at your networks settings internetprotocol (TCP/IP) which you where you enter the ip given in CMD. Make sure 192.168.1.3 is your computers IP address. Then try again.
