My Friend Made a Server He Can Log On It But Other people cant...? help??

1.)he's not doing something right with his port forward
2.)he didn't add the correct info into seose.xini
3.)he didn't match the data correctly on his host
4.)make your own server and have him play on it

i'm sure there's more things that could be wrong that i'm not adding

have him go to sordie.co.uk and use the server checker

if it says "failed" then tell him to keep tweaking till it says
"SUCCESS!"

note: it wont be in caps (i don't think)
i like dramatic effect.

Simply means he hasnt opened his ports, and or he needs to check the firewall settings.
