When I open up my seose it says forcing global save then it just shuts down what is that??

Have you added maps, pub files, and other data files? If not, search the forum.

did you portforward also edit your server file Might work

your port is probably locked or not open, goto Portforward.com and find your router on the router list. then follow the default guide. this will probably fix it. if it is locked you need to unlock it, im not sure how to unlock it but i know that if u have MySQL or HeidiSQL running on the same port, the port will be locked.
