Forum :: Seose :: CANT OPEN XINI FILE

i am having trouble editing seose because my computer doesn't recognize the file so if you could tell me about a program that can read this type of file then that would be most helpful

this should be in the Seose bit, but anyway you have to right click Seose.xini and click open with, then click notepad and use it in Notepad.
