how can i make it so that when someone makes a character they start with self heal?

try making your default file look like this

  [sex0]
  {
    [items]
    Paperdoll = "382,237,267,44,465,51,0,423,456,42,42,40,40,54,54"

    Inventory = "1:400000,61:10000,4:100"

    Spells = "1:0"
  }

but with your own starting paperdoll and inventory.
