Okay.. I have the Pub Editor the New One on this Website. And When I save it i restart The server Blah Blah Blah.. Am I missing A Step Because It really isnt working Im using SEOSE 2.0? Also.. NPC Drops Ad Rates? Help me with that too. I save it. I I restart the server.! Blah Blah Blah. Thanks And Bye Bye :D

Your problem is pretty simple, you can't save it while the server is online, you must turn off the server then save then resart, if you save while the server is running, the server just overwrights what you saved.
