I'm using ResHacker.  I go and edit (change color) of an item then replace the origional with what I edited.  When I save it then go on my server it is invincible.  

I edited good force wings and even arrows (that i haven't edited) are invincible.

Can anyone help?

by invincible i assume you mean invisible.

Endless only reads the graphics from Bitmap images.

Make sure the image your adding to reshacker is in 24 bit bitmap format.

Also, make sure you dont use pureblack to color anything in on an item, as jet black shows up as invisible in the game.

How do you make sure it is 24 Bitmap?  I think that may be the problem...

Okay. what program are you using to edit the images?

Okay, so when you go to save your image, under the file name it should say "save as file type"

Change the file type to 24-bit bitmap. Then save.

Thats the only image format endless will read.
