when i download seose 0.5 or any other vir
i can't find map file and users file why??and seose xini file too

You aren't extracting it correctly then. Everything is there except the map/pub files.

no you aren't extracting map and pub files because they were removed due to copyright material.
You need to make your own just like everybody else.
