hi soese i need help the renas pubeditor and stuff are knd hard i dnt inder stand when you guys tell me how to do it tping plz give em a video or somthing plz  if u type long sentences showing how to do very step that will be good or just give a link 2 1 thx. :}

OK Before we go any further take a read of the rules. You have broken 4 of them in one post. That's more than enough for me to ban.

Please take extra care, your post is almost unreadable. Maybe find a spell checking plugin for your web browser.

As your main query seems to be about PubEdit I'd suggest you use the Client Editing section.


With those points addressed I'll now move to your question. It's hard to tell exactly what you want but it seems like you just want one simple sentence that tells you how to create a server. This isn't going to happen. There it lots of information in this forum that you will need to learn beforeyou can go any further. I'd suggest learning the following steps for starting a server:

1. Decide if you want Seose or EOSERV. EOSERV is a lot more customizable but will require a lot more setup and a knowledge of C++ to do any custom coding.

2. Create Map, Item, Spell, Class and NPC files for your server. This will be very time consuming and will require a good knowledge of PubEdit and a map editor.

3. Install them and test your server by connecting you client to "localhost" on your server.

4. Create any necessary rules for your firewall and router to allow external connections. This may include having to Portforward.

5. Publish your server on SLN and wait for the users to flock in.

6. ??????

also sordie, i would like to add that he already asked this question and it was answered by addison and that topic is like mabe 4 or 5 topics down.

Its really simple to understand, it pretty much tells you on each section what its for. HP is hit points, Acc is Accurecny etc.

Also heres a little guide on which file format you'll need.

.eif = endless item file
.ecf = endless class file
.esf = endless spell file
.enf = endless Npc file.
