 Pubedit?
Alright so I haven't had any problems with the Pubedit but well it seems that I'm not able to see any maps or anything. Is Pubedit the cause of this?

Most Likely, Yes. Check if you're maps are not corrupted. If they are, Try replaceing them with new maps.
