You guys are slow, that is Vult's editor. Also those are old screenshots from the old eo webpage and some of those screenshots were acutally taken by me lol. Wow time flys by.

There was an old map editor from years ago floating around long before EOServ was thought of, it will save in .emf but it does not work. It merely does a ground tile edit.
