Can you change the SEOSE command seose prefixes?

Say from + to $? 

EDIT: Also, can you add player commands like #title, #partner, #home, #skin, #warp? If you can, how would you do it?

No you can't . Seose it's writen in another ,, language" . It's not like you compile it. Won't work I guess.

No, you can't do any of the things you asked for. SEOSE is closed source as me and many others have explained before. The only way to add or alter them is by coding them yourself and compiling which is impossible for SEOSE if you do not have rights to the source- EOServ on the other hand is open source and you can add them and italready includes the $ prefix command.
