ok 1 is my gold wont drop dnt o why hes what i put forit t drop!!

ok and do for some reason some reboots it want save char files any idea why

[drop] Item=1 mincount=1000 maxcount=2000 chance=20

means

20% chance to drop 1000-2000 gold.

for reboots, make sure your in game type +console frestart or +console fshutdown

it saves..

It happens but when I reboot I give it an extra 2 or 3 hits at the save button just to make sure the char saves. As for the drops copy the format above. You seem to be missing MaxCount= and Chance= <--- basically telling the server how much you're limiting the drop of that item to and the chance at which it will drop.
