how do i get warp codes for players? (none admins) E.g;

#warp aeven

#warp octopus

and things if you know can you please contact

You can't. That's only for EOServ, which is open source aside from SEOSE which is not. Giving warp commands to normal players has to do with coding+compiling and SEOSE does not do that [hence closed source].
