Ok I open Pubedit v1.3 but wend it's open it appear a lot of Symbol Strange Symbol i open it with SCAR

But whn i open it with Winrar it work but idk how to extract it

Extracting an archive is extremely easy and isn't even related to Seose.

Go use Google if you can't figure out how to extract it. Why would you even open it with SCAR? o.O

I don't recommend using PubEdit anyways, it's known to corrupt your files.

Wat should i search on google,

I open with winrar and i do a right click and it's say EXTACT File but then there appear a window say like My Document, My PC etc :/ idk wat i have to put

Make a new file on desktop.. Extract Pubedit 1.3 there.

Are you saying that you want to extract Pub Edit to open a file? ... or are you having trouble with just opening Pub Edit itself?

The menu it is bringing up is just asking you where you want to extract the file to. So its at a convienince to you, so as to not make you search your computer for where it was extracted to.
