does the feature spawn npc work for eoserver

Are you asking if there's a Spawn NPC action in the current EO+ quest engine? If so, I don't believe there is.

The quest reference located in the Wiki on eoserv gives a pretty good list of what Eo+ quest system can do! I think only Daily quests are missing from it!

Apollo has also created a very nice EO+ guide, including how to create your own rules and actions. If you wanted, you could probably create a rule that allows the quest to spawn an NPC for you. I don't know if it works that way, however.

Apollo made a plugin for notepad++ which is really useful, I’d recommend trying that if you haven’t already on phone atm so I’ll post a link below. I’ve been working on a pho quest checker so users can just submit the quest to a website and get results without needing a download but it’ll only work with vanilla eoserv for now, once I get the motivation to finish it I’ll post a link!
