I'm guessing something like that idk tho :/

Official EOSERV doesn't have this feature. Contact the creator of the revision, if it's EOSOURCE then go to eosource.net instead.

Pretty sure it is from Vodka as I used 9 dialogs because that was the most different chats recorded from a single NPC. The format was pretty clear but here is an example:
166.1 = Hellow Stanger
