Seriously, this is a really simple problem if you can't solve this on your own you should reconsider making a server..
To solve your problem, you need to create a new user in heidiSQL (click manage users), then you have to give it the name eoserv, hsot 127.0.0.1 and give it all, and global permissions. Also check the box that says 'create connection for accounts..' Then add the user, double check your config
file and try again.
